My training style utilized the balance and stability of static stretching, active stretching, dynamic stretching, flexibility training. To ensure the best results and deepest recovery, I incorporate the use of yoga blocks, glute bands, and resistance bands. 

Beyond recovery, I offer high-energy classes designed to build strength and endurance:

* HITT Classes: Fast-paced, high-intensity interval training to boost cardiovascular health and burn fat.

*Bodybuilding: Focused muscle-building sessions utilizing the techniques I've honed through competing in shows. 

*CrossFit-Style Training: Functional movements performed at high intensity to improve overall power and performance.

The power of :

RESISTANCE BANDS

Resistance Bands adds as a strengthening tool that can help to build stronger muscles and also release unwanted muscle tension especially if coming out of an injury. In corroborating with active stretching the bands  allows you to slowly take the muscles to a point of tension and holding the stretch for a short time. All in all the dynamics of the band lets your muscle experience variety of movements that activates more muscle fibers and increases blood flow

The Benefits of Glute Bands:

 Glute bands are designed to aid you in building up your strength and mobility levels. The bands target the hips and all of their conceivable movements (flexion, extension, abduction, adduction, external or internal rotation). By using glute bands, you'll be able to train harder and more efficiently, seeing the results you've always wanted in no time at all.
