GROUP POLICY & PERSONAL TRAINING RULES

At Stretch + Flex I have a few policy and rules in place to ensure that each session runs smoothly and everyone is able to maximize their time. Please take a moment to go over my policy before joining me for a stretch or personal training session.

GROUP SESSIONS RULES

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Always RESERVE in advance and ARRIVE at least 5 minutes prior to your session time rather it for studio or for Personal Training.

Late, no shows
or 
Cancellations 

Please arrive for class a few minutes early so that you are prepared to start class on time. Once the session has started, no admittance will be allowed in for the safety and respect of all participants. I understand that there are times when you must miss a session due to emergencies or obligations for work or family. However, when you do not call to cancel a session you may be preventing another person from that slot.  If you are unable to make your scheduled session time, please cancel at least 3 hours prior to the start time so that I can offer the spot to someone else. Cancellations made 15 days before session date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 15 days before the session date will not receive a refund. Class cancellation may occur in extreme situations. Every effort will be made to inform participates. The attendance of each class will be monitored, If a class does not maintain an average of at least 5 participates, it may be change or cancelled. In this case you will be notify as soon as possible.

Reserve a spot

Due to limited class size, I highly recommended you make a reservation 2 weeks in advance. It can be done by going to BOOK HERE tap which would also give me time to book a studio. Location of studio will be sent out within 24 hours to participates that's why it is highly recommended you reserve a spot in advance. If you are not on the reserve list you would not be able to attend NO EXCEPTION.

Attire

comfortable gym attire should be worn that way you are able to move freely with no limitations

Phones & Personal Belongings

Please Silence cell phones and refrain from using during class. Please avoid brining personal items to the studio, I am not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

PERSONAL TRAINING  RULES

One-on-One late or cancellations

please arrive several minutes before your PT session, arriving late would give me the right to cancel your session and that day would still be considered used. If you are unable to make your scheduled session time, please cancel at least 24 hours prior to the start session time so that I can offer the spot to someone else. Cancellation may occur in extreme situations. Every effort will be made to inform participates.  Please share all health history or medical concerns beforehand, If you feel any discomfort or pain during your session please bring it to my attention. I ask that you give me 100% of your commitment during your session, if this is something you can't do or try to do please don't waste my time or yours.

Reserve your session

When you book your PT session in advance you're demonstrating your commitment and dedication to your health. Please reserve your session 24 hour in advance.

Limitations

If you have any injuries that might restrict you from performing certain movements please bring it to my attention. All movements can be scale base on your needs and mobility.
