At Stretch Plus Flex, my focus is simple-help you move better, feel stronger, and build confidence in your body.
I work with people at all levels, especially those who feel stuck, out of shape, or unsure where to start. Everything is designed to meet you where you are and guide you forward at your own pace.
Though a mix of strength training, mobility work, and hands-on support, you'll improve flexibility, reduce tension, and build real, lasting strength.
This isn't about pushing you to extremes- it's about helping you feel comfortable, supported, and consistent so you can actually see progress.

Story

Get to Know Me
My name is Roxy, and I’m the owner of Stretch Plus Flex.
I've been in the fitness industry since 2010 with a background in CrossFit, bodybuilding, strength training, and mobility work. I'm also a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer with a passion for helping people move better, get stronger, and recover properly.
After tearing my rotator cuff in 2022, I gained a whole new understanding of the importance of recovery, mobility, and training smarter- not just harder.
That experience became the foundation behind Stretch Plus Flex.
