My APPROACH TO FITNESS

At Stretch Plus Flex, my focus is simple-help you move better, feel stronger, and build confidence in your body. 

I work with people at all levels, especially those who feel stuck, out of shape, or unsure where to start. Everything is designed to meet you where you are and guide you forward at your own pace. 

Though a mix of strength training, mobility work, and hands-on support, you'll improve flexibility, reduce tension, and build real, lasting strength. 

This isn't about pushing you to extremes- it's about helping you feel comfortable, supported, and consistent so you can actually see progress.

Get to Know Me

My name is Roxy, and I’m the owner of Stretch Plus Flex.

 

I've been in the fitness space since 2010, with a background in CrossFit and bodybuilding. Over the years, I've trained, competed, build a deep understanding of how the body moves and recovers. 

 

But what really shaped my approach happened in 2022- when I tore my rotator cuff. 

That's experience changed everything. 

I learned firsthand how frustrating it is to feel limited in your own body...and how how important it is to train the right way, not just push harder. 

Recovery, mobility, and proper guidance aren't extras-they're essential.
